An insurance package designed for Landlords of let property, offering you comprehensive standard cover plus optional extras. Covers the rebuilding of your property following loss or damage caused by fire, smoke, explosion, theft etc (see policy details for exact covers), loss of rent up to 30% of the sum insured following damage, property owners liability and the contents cover, if required, is on a new for old basis.
Tenant Contents Insurance
A contents insurance package designed for tenants offering you comprehensive standard cover plus optional extras. Covers you on a new for old basis for loss or damage caused by fire, smoke, explosion, theft etc (see policy details for exact covers), accidental breakage or damage to glass in furniture, mirrors etc., loss or damage to personal possessions, replacement of locks following the theft of keys.
Owner Occupier Household Insurance
